Tom Collins

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Simple syrup (2:1)
  • Soda water
  • Garnish: Lemon wedge

Gin Mule

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 2 Dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
  • 100ml Ginger beer (chilled)
  • Garnish: Lime wedge, fresh ginger, fresh mint

Gin & Tonic

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 100ml Premium tonic water
  • Garnish: Lime wedge
