Frank Dedieu shares the steps behind the fiery Bombay Sapphire Red Snapper – gin’s answer to the classic Bloody Mary which, in our opinion, works better too!

Drawing on the staple exotic spices and botanicals in Bombay Sapphire, this rich and savoury cocktail awakens the senses and can be spiced according to your personal taste.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 100ml Tomato juice
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • 2 Dashes of your favourite hot sauce (eg. Tabasco)
  • 1 Teaspoon horseradish (to taste)
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • Garnish: Celery stalk, olive, cocktail onion, lemon wedge
