60 ml Bombay Sapphire
20 ml NOILLY PRAT® Dry vermouth
Take mixing glass from freezer and fill to rim with quality ice (add water and stir to chill/activate ice if required).
Strain excess liquid.
Add ingredients and stir until glass is frosted or ice cold.
Zest lemon into frozen Martini glass.
Swirl liquid through strainer (fine strain if needed) into glass from the circumference inward - capturing lemon zest.
