STAR MARTINI COCKTAIL
With two extra exotic botanicals in the mix, our slow crafted Star of Bombay makes for a smooth, easy sipping Martini cocktail. A true star at night, it's traditionally when the sun goes down that this tasteful martini cocktail comes out.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Star of Bombay
- 25 ml Noilly Prat® Dry Vermouth
- Dash of orange bitters
- Orange zest
Method
- Take frozen mixing glass from freezer and fill to rim with ice (add water and stir to chill/ activate ice if required).
- Strain excess liquid.
- Add ingredients and stir until glass is frosted or ice cold.
- Strain into frozen martini glass.
- Add orange zest to the drink (decorative only – do not express).
