Apple & Thyme Twist

Ingredients

  • 50 ml
    Bombay Sapphire
  • 100 ml
    Premium tonic water
  • Garnish
  • 2
    large green apple slices
  • 2
    large thyme or lemon thyme sprig

Method

  • Place the apple slices & thyme sprigs into a clean balloon glass.
  • Add the Bombay Sapphire then swirl well to infuse.
  • Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with Fever-Tree Tonic Water.
  • Gently fold/stir to combine. Enjoy!
