- 50ml Star of Bombay
- 25ml eager pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml house made orange blossom honey & orgeat syrup (2:1 ratio)
- 1 orange peel twist
- Coupette glass – pre-chilled
Measure & pour the pink grapefruit juice, honey & orgeat syrup & Star of Bombay into a cocktail shaker
Quickly stir together then fill with cubed ice and shake for around 8-10 seconds
Fine strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled coupette glass
Garnish with an orange peel twist spritzed over the cocktail and placed on the edge of the glass rim
