Gift Cards & E-Vouchers

Gift Cards and E‑Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Browse our range of distillery experiences and choose the one you’d like to enjoy. Once decided, you can then use your Gift Card to pay in full or, if the experience costs more than the Gift Card value, you can put the remaining balance towards the booking using your own payment method. At checkout, enter the unique Gift Card number in the “Gift Card” field on the payment page to apply the balance. Any remaining credit can be used on‑site at the Distillery, including the Bar, Café or Shop.

Yes, you can choose to send the Gift Card to yourself or directly to the recipient.

Send to me:
Enter your own name and delivery address and we’ll send the Gift Card directly to you. It will arrive with a blank envelope and insert, allowing you to complete it and gift it in person.

Send to them:
Enter the recipient’s name and delivery address and proceed to payment. We’ll complete the Gift Card on your behalf and send it directly to the recipient. Your own details will be entered on the payment screen.

Gift Cards are dispatched within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail First Class to mainland UK addresses. They arrive in a presentation wallet with a leaflet explaining how to redeem.

Physical Gift Cards can only be posted to mainland UK addresses. E‑Vouchers are delivered digitally by email and are not subject to location restrictions.

Both can be redeemed against Bombay Sapphire Distillery experiences booked online or spent on‑site at the Distillery, including the Bar, Café and Shop. As they are monetary vouchers rather than experience‑specific, the recipient has complete freedom of choice.

Our Gift Cards are physical, credit‑card sized cards presented in a beautifully packaged wallet and sent by post. E‑Vouchers are digital and delivered by email, either instantly or scheduled for a future date and time. Both offer the same flexibility and can be redeemed in the same way.

Yes. While the voucher must be redeemed within 24 months, experiences can be booked as far ahead as dates are available online.

Any remaining balance can be used on‑site at the Distillery, including the Bar, Café or Shop, during the recipient’s visit.

You can choose from a range of E‑Voucher designs suitable for different occasions. Delivery can also be timed to make the gift feel extra special.
