Ultimate VIP Gin Experience

This experience is available for over 18s only; under 18’s are not permitted in the Tasting studio including children and babies/infants. We operate a challenge 25 policy so all guests are asked to bring valid original photo ID.

Whilst the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is proud to say that it offers full access to disabled guests and this has been a major factor in the design of the distillery experience, due to the layout restrictions within the historical buildings of our production and manufacturing areas, some of the spaces visited during the Ultimate VIP Gin Experience may be inaccessible to those with impaired mobility or who may have difficulty navigating stairs. All paying disabled guests can bring a carer free of charge to the distillery. If you require a free carer ticket, please book your tickets by calling 01256 890090, or by emailing us at hello@bombaysapphire.com. Please note that we may ask to see reasonable documentation of disability on the day of your visit so please bring this with you, and that free carer tickets do not include a complimentary cocktail.

Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed on our site. We will make reasonable adjustments to the distillery visitor experience to ensure that disabled persons including those with guide dogs and other assistance dogs have a positive experience and, above all else, remain safe.

If you are a guide dog assisted person, please contact us in advance highlighting your specific requirements so that we can endeavour to deliver a positive visitor experience.
