Winter Citrus Twist
A refreshing riff on the classic ‘Gin & IT’, this botanically charged gin cocktail is simplicity itself. Enjoy the bright, spicy character of Bombay Sapphire gin, elegantly complemented with dried citrus and cinnamon spice notes from Martini Rosso®. Finished with a burst of ice cold tonic.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 25 ml Martini® Rosso
- 100 ml Premium tonic water
- Orange slice
- Lemon wheel
- Star anise
Method
- Fill balloon glass to rim with good ice
- Stir until frosted then strain excess liquid from glass
- Add Bombay Sapphire and Martini® Rosso
- Stir drink to acclimate contents
- Tilt glass and pour chilled tonic water down side of glass and lift once gently using bar spoon
- Garnish with orange slice, lemon wheel and star anise
