Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz
    Bombay Sapphire
  • ¾ oz
    Lemon
  • ¾ oz
    Honey syrup

Method

  • Honey Syrup is made by combining 3 parts honey and 1 part hot water and stiring so honey becomes easy to pour and shake.
  • Combine all ingredients in your shaker. Shake hard.
  • Strain into your coupe glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
