  • 3/4 oz
    St‑Germain
  • 1/2 oz
    Aperitif wine (or dry vermouth)
  • 1 1/2 oz
    Fresh strained grapefruit juice
  • 1 dash
    Lemon bitters

Method

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Bombay Sapphire, St‑Germain, aperitif wine (or dry vermouth), grapefruit juice and a dash of lemon bitters.
