Bombay Sapphire - 3/4 oz
St‑Germain - 1/2 oz
Aperitif wine (or dry vermouth) - 1 1/2 oz
Fresh strained grapefruit juice - 1 dash
Lemon bitters
Method
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Bombay Sapphire, St‑Germain, aperitif wine (or dry vermouth), grapefruit juice and a dash of lemon bitters.
- Shake well.
- Strain into your coupe glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
