Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz.
    Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru
  • 3/4 oz.
    Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz.
    Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz.
    Brut Champagne

Method

  • Combine all ingredients but your chamagne into your shaker tin and give a quick hard shake.
  • Strain into your flute or coupe glass and top with the champagne.
  • Garnish with the a lemon twist.
