  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 15ml MARTINI Bianco
  • 100ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale – chilled & freshly opened
  • 2 lime wedges – well squeezed
  • 1 ginger root slice
  • 1 mint sprig – freshly awoken

Squeeze 2 lime wedges into a balloon glass then add a ginger root slice

Measure & pour in the St-Germain, MARTINI Bianco & Bombay Sapphire in that order

Swirl well to mix then fill the glass full of cubed ice

Briefly stir to chill then carefully add the ginger ale then gently fold/stir to combine

Finally, garnish with a freshly awoken mint sprig

The Laverstoke works exceptionally well in the brighter months with MARTINI Bianco but try using MARTINI Rosso in autumn/winter or when pairing with food to stir your creativity.
