What To Expect
Ease into the weekend with a relaxed Friday evening at Bombay Sapphire Distillery, set within the beautiful surroundings of Laverstoke Mill.
Your experience begins with a fun speed cocktail masterclass, where you’ll learn to create our signature Laverstoke Cocktail, a much-loved serve, guided by our expert hosts. From there, you’re invited to explore our iconic glasshouses, discovering the ten sustainably sourced botanicals that shape the distinctive flavour of Bombay Sapphire, all set against the striking backdrop of the distillery.
Following your masterclass and exploration, enjoy a Bombay Sapphire Sparkling Lemon Cocktail before settling into our Mill Bar terrace overlooking the River Test, where you can continue your evening with a curated selection of cocktails and seasonal small plates, available to purchase and enjoy at your own pace. To round off your experience, you’ll also take home a Bombay Sapphire Balloon Glass – the perfect keepsake from your evening at the distillery.
