Ingredients
- 50ml Bombay Sapphire English Estate
- 10ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur (5 serves from a 5cl mini bottle)
- 100ml Fever-Tree Soda Water (chilled & freshly opened)
- 2 sprigs of fresh lemon thyme
- 2 lemon wedges (gently squeezed)

Step

Squeeze a lemon wedge into a clean, medium sized white wine glass. Add a lemon thyme sprig

Pour in the St Germain Elderflower Liqueur & Bombay Sapphire English Estate then swirl well to mix & infuse

Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & stir
Step

Top with chilled & freshly opened soda water then gently fold/stir again

Garnish with a second lemon wedge & a second lemon thyme sprig
