Bombay Hot Toddy

While toddies were traditionally made with whiskey, this recipe uses our signature Bombay Sapphire for a new approach to a classic.


  • 1 oz
    Bombay Sapphire
  • ½ oz
    Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz
    Honey syrup
  • 1 oz
    apple cider
  • 3 oz
    Orange Pekoe tea, boiling hot
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel


  • In a large mug, add the Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice, honey syrup and apple cider.
  • Bring the Pekoe tea to a rolling boil and slowly add it to the mug.
  • Stir the cocktail to mix and garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel to serve.
