  • ¾ oz
    Bombay Sapphire
  • ½ oz
    MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter
  • ½ oz
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz
    Honey syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
  • 4 oz
    Premium tonic water (chilled)
  • Orange peel to garnish


  • Pour your ingredients into a large wine glass (except the tonic)
  • Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice
  • Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours
  • Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve.
