A twist on the classic bringing in robust flavors of South American angostura bark, cardamom and ginger to enhance the spicey finish of Bombay Sapphire and to lengthen the flavors of the cassia bark and cubeb berries.


  • 1 ½ oz
    Bombay Sapphire
  • 4 oz
    FEVER-TREE Aromatic Tonic Water
  • Garnish
  • Grapefruit and Rosemary


  • Fill balloon glass with ice, stir well to chill your glass, and strain out the extra liquid.
  • Add gin and tonic and stir well.
  • Garnish with grapefruit and rosemary and enjoy.
