BOMBAY SAPPHIRE EAST & TONIC Recipe

Exotic by name and nature, try this distinctly eastern twist on our classic G&T. Using Bombay Sapphire East, it's big on citrus and spicy flavours. Always best served with a sprig of lemongrass, a sunset and your favourite people.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Bombay Sapphire┬« East Gin
  • 3 parts Premium tonic water
  • Lime Wedge
  • Short lemongrass stalk

How to Make

  1. Fill balloon glass to rim with good ice.
  2. Stir until frosted then strain excess liquid from glass.
  3. Add Bombay Sapphire East and squeeze lime wedge once across drink.
  4. Add lime to the glass after squeezing.
  5. Stir drink to acclimate contents.
  6. Tilt glass and pour chilled tonic water down side of glass and lift once gently using bar spoon.
  7. Add lemongrass stick (julienne cut) to garnish.
