Your favourite G&T, reimagined with british botanicals, Bombay Sapphire Limited Edition. English Estate gin and Fever-Tree tonic, served with ice, mint and a lemon wedge.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml
    Bombay Sapphire English Estate
  • 100 ml
    Fever-Tree tonic water
  • Garnish
  • 1
    LEMON WEDGE
  • 1
    sprig of gently awoken (smacked) mint

Method

  • Fill a copa or highball glass with ice. Add 50ml of Bombay Sapphire English Estate gin, add lemon wedge and top up with tonic water.
  • Stir to mix and garnish with a sprig of gently awoken mint.
  • Enjoy!
