ORANGE & GINGER GIN & TONIC TWIST

This simple yet sophisticated twist on the classic G&T draws on the warming spice of ginger and a squeeze of orange to offer a seasonal variation perfect for a winter's day.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml
    BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
  • 100 ml
    Premium tonic water (chilled)
  • Fresh orange wedges
  • 2
    orange wedge – gently squeezed
  • 3
    Fresh ginger root (slices)

Method

  • Squeeze a fresh orange wedge into your balloon glass to release the juice, then drop it in
  • Finely slice the fresh ginger root and add to the glass, pour in BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and swirl the ingredients to allow them to infuse
  • Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with chilled tonic water
  • Gently stir to combine and finish with a wedge of orange and slice of ginger before serving.
