ORANGE & GINGER GIN & TONIC TWIST
This simple yet sophisticated twist on the classic G&T draws on the warming spice of ginger and a squeeze of orange to offer a seasonal variation perfect for a winter's day.
Ingredients
- 50 ml
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin - 100 ml
Premium tonic water (chilled) - Fresh orange wedges
- 2
orange wedge – gently squeezed - 3
Fresh ginger root (slices)
Method
- Squeeze a fresh orange wedge into your balloon glass to release the juice, then drop it in
- Finely slice the fresh ginger root and add to the glass, pour in BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and swirl the ingredients to allow them to infuse
- Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with chilled tonic water
- Gently stir to combine and finish with a wedge of orange and slice of ginger before serving.
