Gin Spritz

Ingredients

  • 25 ml
    Bombay Sapphire
  • 15 ml
    Martini Bitters
  • 15 ml
    lemon juice
  • 15 ml
    Honey syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
  • 1/2 orange wheel

Method

  • Pour into spritz glass with fresh ice.
  • Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with Fever-Tree Tonic Water.
  • Gently fold/stir to combine then garnish with ½ orange wheel. Enjoy!
