Cinnamon & Lemon Twist

Fire, ice, festive spice - This citrusy, smoky Bombay Sapphire twist has all the best bits of winter in one bold gin drink. And the intricate lemon peel garnish gives you the perfect opportunity to show off those bar skills too.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 100 ml Premium tonic water
  • 1 Charred large cinnamon stick
  • 2 Lemon peels – one to squeeze, one for garnish

Method

  1. Fill balloon glass to rim with good ice
  2. Stir until frosted then strain excess liquid from glass
  3. Add Bombay Sapphire
  4. Stir drink to acclimate contents
  5. Squeeze a lemon peel over the drink
  6. Tilt glass and pour chilled tonic water down side of glass and lift once gently using bar spoon
  7. Garnish with lemon peel tied to the top of the large charred cinnamon stick
