COCKTAIL FLAVOUR PROFILE
- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml Creme de Cacao Blanc (clear chocolate liqueur)
- 10ml Blue Curacao (orange liqueur)
- 5ml MARTINI Bianco Vermouth
- 1 Orange Peel
Glassware & Barware
- Coupe glass
- Measuring device
- Cocktail Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Fine tea strainer
- Serrated knife & chopping board
- Citrus press
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
Shake well for around 15-20 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
To garnish, spritz an orange peel disc over the top of the liquid and place in the drink, sunny side up.

Cocktails should be fun. Full stop. For this very reason I created this bright blue drink to inspire people to have fun when making drinks for their friends at home. Of course they need to taste great, smell great, look great (plus not be too expensive in the bar!) but please help me on my crusade to make more tasty blue drinks.
